Results-Driven Digital Marketer Wanted! Desygner is looking for an all-rounder digital marketer manager who is looking for crazy growth! This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact and contribute to the growth of a dynamic startup, with the potential to progress into the role of Chief Marketing Officer (CMO).

The role

Reporting to the CEO, your job will be to plan, manage, and assist with the execution of Desygner’s marketing strategy. This is a hands-on role where you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive customer acquisition.

Responsibilities:

Create and manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, email marketing, social media marketing, and content marketing.

Manage the workload of a small but highly skilled marketing team, which consists of one performance marketer, one video editor, and one graphic designer.
Manage digital marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively to achieve maximum ROI.

Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends, optimize campaigns, and measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
Work closely with the product team to ensure cohesive brand messaging and a seamless user experience.
Write marketing copy including email campaigns, ads, landing pages, product descriptive text & social posts;
Track, report, and present digital marketing performance to stakeholders and senior management.

Requirements

Proven work experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or in a similar role, preferably in a startup environment.
Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media marketing, content marketing, and analytics.
Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and email marketing software.
Demonstrated success in driving customer acquisition, lead generation, and revenue growth through digital marketing strategies.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and optimize campaigns accordingly.
Creative mindset with a strong eye for detail and the ability to think strategically.
Strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Native or fluent (level C2+ or equivalent) in English.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in the SaaS industry.
Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
Knowledge of conversion rate optimization techniques and A/B testing.
Knowledge of account-based marketing.
Ability to create product videos, including speaking to the camera and engagingly presenting information.
