Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service Excellence: Provide exceptional customer service with a friendly and approachable attitude. Engage with guests to create a welcoming atmosphere and cater to their needs.

Beverage Preparation: Mix and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, and non-alcoholic drinks. Ensure that all drinks are prepared to the highest standard, meeting both taste and presentation expectations.

Bar Maintenance: Keep the bar area clean, organized, and well-stocked. Monitor and manage inventory levels, restocking supplies as needed.

Cash Handling: Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently. Process payments, provide change, and maintain a secure cash register.

Compliance with Regulations: Adhere to all relevant licensing laws and health and safety regulations to create a safe and enjoyable environment for both guests and staff.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with other hotel staff to ensure seamless operations. Communicate effectively with kitchen and serving staff to provide a coordinated and efficient service.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a bar or customer service role is preferred but not essential.
A positive and outgoing personality with excellent communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Flexibility in working hours, including weekends and evenings.
Valid Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate and Responsible Conduct of Gambling (RCG) certificate (or willingness to obtain).
