We are currently Looking for a skilled and experienced Chef to Support our head Chef !
You will be required to Help plan, organize, prepare and cook food for our dedicated Business Hotel
As part of your role, you will be:
· Ensuring smooth daily kitchen operations
· Working with our Head Chef to plan menus and estimate food and staff costs
· Preparing and cooking amazing dishes
· Maintaining food preparation and presentation to our high standards
· Ensuring food safety regulations are met by keeping up with temperature checks, cleaning schedules and other hygiene procedures
What we are looking for:
This is an exciting opportunity for skilled and qualified hospitality staff. You will hold diploma level qualifications or have at least three years of full-time work experience as a Chef in a busy facility kitchen. You will have a genuine passion for maintaining high service standards under pressure and be able to maintain good relationships with both our staff and suppliers.
Job Types: Casual on 30-40 hours a week
Schedule: Split Shifts 11:am - 14:00pm and 17: 00PM -21:00PM

Kitchen: 1 year (Preferred)
