A Typical Day at GMP:

• Kickstart your shift at 6:00 am, aligned with a singular production timeline.
• Master and execute daily cut agendas, adapting specifications as per requirements.
• Uphold safety protocols, clear communication, and a respectful work environment.

Prerequisites for Success:

• A minimum of 2 years experience in the meat industry.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a cohesive team.
• Steadfast attendance, reliability, and punctuality are imperative.
• Legitimate Australian work authorization, facilitated through the MILA 482 visa.

For Skilled Personnel:

• Prior experience as a boner, slicer, or slaughterer, with a strong understanding of cut plans.
