Barista/cafe Supervisor

We are looking for a hospitality lover to lead our front of house, working in our cafe in central Ballarat, with access to transport and free parking onsite.

Mandatory requirements are:
Minimum 1 years experience as a manager, supervisor, assistant manager or team leader in a hospitality environment,
Current RSA
Coffee skills
Bright, engaging personality.
Well presented.

The successful applicant will join our team as we expand our business, taking on a senior role in the team and be flexible enough to expand with our business. Uniform is provided, as we take great pride in the presentation of our business and our staff.

The position is full time 38 hours Wednesday - Sunday with a majority daytime hours. This is a step into a senior position and would suit someone who has ambition to succeed. A salary that matches the experience of the successful applicant will be negotiated. We are after the right person, not just any person.
