Lowe Family Wine Co, The Zin House, The Pavilion, The Cellar Kitchen, and Althea by Zin are all part of the Tinja Pastoral Pty Ltd Group and are well-established names in the restaurant, café, event, winery, and tourism industry in the Central West region of New South Wales.

What are we looking for?

We are interested in meeting chefs of all levels and experience, with a strong preference to those that come from a restaurant background.
If you are a Pastry Chef who wants to learn baking artisan bread, we want to hear from you. We can consider any kind or level of experience and provide training, but what we want is someone who loves pastry making and is dedicated to their craft.

Our businesses include a range of venues so there is the opportunity to learn and move across a range of kitchens or to specialise in a particular area.

Regardless of your background or breadth of experience, what matters is a dedication to quality. From fine dining to events and our range of picnic foods - we cook simply from scratch with the best ingredients we can grow or source.
