Display Concert & Event 'pole' Posters. Good Pay - But Not So Easy. $34-$43 Phr.

Outdoor, Flexible Hours, Good English essential. Physically Onerrous. High work standard expected.

Hopefully you know what a pole poster is; 30cm wide x 90cm tall, colourful, advertising concerts & events, scotch (sticky) taped to poles on busy roads.

Ride/Drive/Public transport to Area ('Run'), then Walk Fast & Methodically tape 100’s of Concert & Event posters to Street & Light Poles on major Sydney roads - precisely covering the 'old' poster.

From $34 phr (employed), $37 phr ABN (ie 'contractor'- No worker insurance, No superannuation)
+ $2 phr ebike or + $8 phr car). 12-25 hours pw.


We're keen to quickly trial/train/employ 1-2 diligent, street smart people who'd like to join our friendly flexible team.
First 2hours (trial/training) are unpaid. Use of Intuit 'Time' App essential.

You must be organised, able bodied quick and spatially aware.
It is a physically demanding job that requires self discipline, commonsense & gumption.
Hugging 100s of timber poles 3-4 nights/days every week is NOT fun or easy.
Professionally affixed. Not slapped up!

Essential - Photo of every poster inc metadata (required) without drama or excuse.
Plenty of work if you are reliable & thorough.

High, str8, plenty of tape. We cover the old (previous) posters every 2 weeks with new posters.

Please only apply if you are prepared for undertake 2 hours unpaid training from our office at Hurlstone Park (near Marrickville). It’s casual Employment or Contracting (you can ‘quit’ / take leave, at any time). Within reason, you work at a time of your choosing. We’re flexible as long as the run is complete within 48hours of receiving the posters. Save big on gym fees! No heaphones or buds - spacial awareness is vital! And it’s awesome being untethered a few hours!


Maps, tape, satchel and knives (for cleaning) provided.
Everything except commonsense, clothing & shoes.
Police will stop you, and 90% want to see what you are putting up.
Keep it short, you work for Sydney Posters, always be respectful.
We only display pole posters where they are ’tolerated’ by the State.

Every poster displayed is photographed. Clients LUV pin maps & photo reports - we send weekly.
Use your phone initially. After 2 weeks we provide an iphone 8 & sim
Pay week starts & ends Sunday midnight. Pays in your bank Tues late.

No potheads or gamers. Reliability is vital. Height helps. Some posters are high, some poles are fat.
This job requires self motivation and a polite, positive, 'can-do' attitude.
So might being on the Spectrum or ADHD. Idk why. Just is.
Most runs take 4-6 hours (200-300 posters). Initial runs are 100-150.
We cut & clean & bin/recycle approx 10-20 poles each ‘run’.
Good English (written & spoken) is essential.
We pay from the first poster until the last poster.

And there is plenty of work, but expect 55 posters per hour after 1 week - two posters on most poles.
