How will you contribute to ensuring access to justice for all?

Our Class Actions practice area is the largest in Australia and we are leaders in the field. That makes us proud. We have recovered more than $3 billion for groups, individuals, shareholders and businesses that have suffered loss due to illegal behaviour by large corporations. That gives us purpose.

There are multiple opportunities for an energetic, client-focused, and eager-to-learn Client Services Officers to join our high performing Class Actions team in our Sydney CBD office on a 3- month contract full-time basis.

Your responsibilities will include:

Being the first point of contact for all our group member inquires;
Answering incoming group member phone calls;
Responding to emails to assist the team;
Updating administration database and records in our management system;
Effectively managing your own workload to ensure the best possible service is delivered to our group members.

We are looking for candidates who can provide excellent service to our group members and who are able to work with a diverse range of people. The successful candidate will have strong written and communication skills, along with exceptional attention to detail.
