Structural Steel Erector / Shed Builder / Roof Plumber

Rogan Building (Rogan Sheds) is currently seeking a qualified Roof Plumber / Structural Steel Erector, or those with relevant skills, to work in our growing Shed Building Crew.
We are a medium-sized family run business focused on Rural Residential Building and Large Scale Shed Construction. We are located in the Southwest Queensland country town of St George, on the banks of the beautiful Balonne River.

The Role
- Structural Steel Erector/ Roof Plumber position.
- Work includes concrete piers, shed framing, roof sheeting, wall cladding, installing guttering, flashings, roller doors, and completing all relevant finishing works including capping etc.
- Competitive pay packages (will vary depending on skillset/ qualifications).
- Full training will be provided to gain the necessary skills.
- Accommodation, work vehicle, tools and funding for machinery ticketing provided.
- Can be on a full-time, casual or temporary basis.
- Can count towards visa sign off days with option for extensions given our industry/ location. We currently employ guys on WHV's who are having great mutual success within our business. Option for sponsorship available for the right Candidates. Options for Hospitality or Farmwork within St George town if you are travelling with a partner/ friend(s).
- Immediate start - July 2023!

Requirements:
- Roof Plumbing qualification and/or structural steel erecting experience.
- Positive can-do attitude, keen to hook in, reliable, trustworthy, honest, willing to commit, enjoys working in a team and independently, strong work ethic.
- Good problem solver and initiative, can follow directions, takes pride in their work, high attention to detail.
- EWP and working at heights tickets would be an advantage but not essential.
