Beppe, located in the charming town of Daylesford, Victoria, is seeking like-minded, experienced hospitality professionals to join our front of house team. As a small owner-operated restaurant, we pride ourselves on providing excellent customer service and creating a wonderful dining experience for our guests. Situated on the leafy corner of Raglan and Wombat Streets, our restaurant is housed in the historic Athens Hotel, paying homage to the European migrants who settled in the region during the gold rush of the 1800s.

At Beppe, our guests not only indulge in our wood-fired pizza and house made pasta, but also appreciate the care and attention provided by our front of house team. We are known for our warm and welcoming atmosphere, catering to both locals and visitors who seek a casual dining experience or special occasions. Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure a memorable dining experience for each guest.
- Possess detailed knowledge of menu ingredients, cocktail components, wine, beer, and tasting notes.
- Prepare drinks to order, efficiently and to a high standard.
- Maintain a clean and organised work area.
- Take orders and offer helpful recommendations to enhance guests' enjoyment.
- Deliver food and beverage items to tables in the correct order and to the appropriate customer using cover numbers
- Greet customers with Italian phrases and bid farewell to departing guests.

We currently have positions available for casual bar staff, as well as a permanent part-time option for suitable candidates.

Beppe operates on Thursday to Sunday evenings, with additional lunch service on Saturdays and Sundays. Our team always have a 3-day weekend!

Qualifications & Skills:

- Prior experience in a restaurant bartending role
- Superb interpersonal and communication skills.
- Passion for hospitality, food, wine, and service.
- At least a basic knowledge of wine.
- Ability to build rapport with guests and enhance their overall experience.
- Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification is essential.
