Qualifications & Experience
Responsible Service of Alcohol (MUST HAVE)
Approved Managers Certification WA
Solid bar & food service knowledge & experience

Ability to prioritise tasks and work
Customer Focus: A passion for delivering excellent customer service
Solution seeker who is able to prioritise tasks and work well under pressure
Excellent communication skills (written & verbal) and confident with
Staff training responsibility
Contribute to a happy, safe and healthy working environment.
Staff Management: Recruit, train, and manage staff, creating work schedules, conducting performance reviews and fostering a positive work environment
Financial Management: Monitor budgets, control costs, and potimize profitability. Handle cash flow, banking and financial reporting.
Inventory and stock management: Maintain appropriate stock levels, manage supplier relationships and ensure timely ordering of products.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with all licensing laws, health and safety regulations, and other legal requirements.
Flexibility: Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays as required.
Problem Solving: Strong problem solving abilities and the capacity to handle the challenging situations calmly and effectively.

New Venture: We just started microbrewing and the job consist of learning brewing beer as well.
