Mechanical fitters Required asap ..GREAT RATES $$$ Large Project
Please Note**
This is ongoing work with the possibility of full-time employment for the right candidate/s. We are looking for fitters with vast experience within various industries. Shifts are 5 days per week min of 38 hours with overtime when required, steady ongoing work, workshop environment, long term contract. Great atmosphere with a reputable company.
The successful candidates will have the following attributes:
Great attention to detail
Excellent communication skills and good English.
Able to follow instructions
Proven strong skill set and ability in disassembly, reassembly, fault finding, diagnostics/troubleshooting & component overall.
Must be able read, comprehend and apply technical drawings, high level of record keeping.
Tasks will include but not be limited to:
Strip and overhaul various equipment
Stripping and refurbishing light rail wheels, replacing tires and the strip, and overhauling of gearboxes.
All tasks are carried out following strict instructions, step by step from manuals.
Maintenance of CNC mills and lathes.
General maintenance work and site breakdown work.
Interpret Drawings, Diagrams, specifications, and plans.
Assist Operational staff with the resolution of Complex Problems.
General Fitter Duties
NOTE: Mechanical Fitter required qualifications & tickets. Include in your CV, Mechanical Trade Cert etc.
