Sales And Admin Assistant (remote) - Backpackers And Work And Holiday Visa Holders Welcome

Job Summary:

Our Home Staging & Property Styling company is seeking a highly motivated and outgoing Sales and Admin Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a native English background and a friendly, funny, bubbly personality, with a strong focus on sales and closing deals. This is a remote position, but occasional on-site property styling may be required to assist our team when the business is understaffed. This position is commission-based and requires a high level of professionalism in email writing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to cold call potential clients.

Responsibilities:

> Generate leads and prospect for new clients through cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach.

> Respond to inquiries and follow up with potential clients in a timely manner

> Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive relationships with clients

> Manage client relationships through regular communication and follow-up
Assist with administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments and preparing proposals

> Occasionally assist with on-site property styling when the business is understaffed

Requirements:

Native English speaker with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Funny, bubbly personality with a high focus on sales and closing deals

Ability to work independently and remotely, while also communicating with the manager on a daily basis

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask

Experience in sales and customer service is preferred, but not required

Ability to occasionally assist with on-site property styling when needed

Must be reliable and willing to work flexible hours as needed
