Australia's Beef Capital, Rockhampton - Part-time Property Manager/s Wanted

Seeking an honest and reliable property manager for a short-term rental property in Rockhampton, Central Queensland. 15 hours of work per week (per person) required in exchange for accommodation and utilities. Negotiable on length of stay and position. Expected tasks may include:

• General internal cleaning – dusting, cleaning surfaces, vacuuming, moping, oven and fridge clean
• General external cleaning – cleaning, sweeping and general tidy of outdoor dining and entertaining spaces inc BBQ clean
• Linen changes (x5 beds and x2 bathrooms)
• Facilitating linen delivery and collection (from commercial linen service)
• Light laundry
• General yard maintenance – watering, weeding, mulching, light yard tidy
• Co-ordinating general maintenance tasks
• Meeting and supervising on-site tradespeople
• General rubbish removal for Council collection
• Greeting accommodation guests and facilitating key access
• General property supervision

The role would suit a couple travelling together who could share the expected tasks. 15 hours would be the expected time input of each person, however. All cleaning and basic maintenance equipment provided. Previous experience working in hospitality or accommodation sectors would be highly regarded.
