3 Positions Available - Curry Chef, Tandoor Chef And Wok Chef

What you will bring to the business:

1. Minimum of 3 yrs experience in an Indian kitchen
2. Expertise and experience in making Indian curries and/or tandoor starters
3. Good communication skills with other kitchen and FOH staff - language no bar
4. Excellent track record on food safety and quality
5. Best practices in food handling and food safety audits
6. Overall, a positive attitude to your work environment

What you will do on a daily basis:

1. Hands-on running of the kitchen, especially your area of expertise - curries, tandoor or the wok
2. Help prep dishes for lunch and/or dinner (flexible based on your availability) - kitchen hands and the other chefs available to help you
3. Prepare curries, tandoor and/or wok dishes
4. Help with end of day kitchen routines - FOH staff, kitchen hands and cleaning staff available to help you
5. Manage stock levels using top-of-the-class, easy-to-use software (software training provided)
6. Ensure stored inventories and stock are stored in compliance with food safety standards
7. General regular ongoing maintenance of kitchen equipment
