The Rising Sun Hotel in Auburn at the start of the Clare Valley requires a capable person experienced in Back of House Duties and managing Functions which are held on a Regular basis . Training will be given to the right person who will be required to work 3 days per week to start and moving to 5 days a week as the business requires .
