Chefs and kitchen staff wanted at a new gastro-pub in Mt Buller! We are hiring now for the ski season of 2023 (June to September) and are offering full time for the winter season. We are looking for friendly and experienced kitchen staff who will enjoy working in a dynamic and busy environment. Must have a current permit to work in Australia and a fun and energetic attitude.

About us; We are a newly renovated gastro-pub right in the heart of the Mt Buller village with gorgeous views and ski in/ski out to 2 ski runs. We are offering premium modern pub style incredible food, with an elevated selection of wine, beers on tap and a cheeky innovative cocktail list. Professional service and a fun, warm casual environment to give a memorable experience to our guests are our focus.

We have seasonal full-time positions available, that will include the perks of living in a ski resort. On mountain accomodation and food is incorporated into the package. We are open 7 days a week, with all hands on deck on the weekends and rotating rosters to allow for ski and snow time in your breaks and days off. All award wages and penalties will be renumerated.

Skills & Experience
Previous experience in a similar role, all chef positions and kitchen hands
Ability to work well in a busy environment
Have initiative and be self motivated
Be able to work well in a team and take direction from team leaders
Polite, patient, friendly & efficient
Must enjoy working with people

Job Description
We are a nostalgic pub known for its mountain history, warm hospitality, and ski culture. You will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer service and helping our customers enjoy our delicious offerings. We are looking for both wait/bar staff and all chef and kitchen positions.
You must have full Australian work rights for this position.
