Mane Consulting are a boutique talent acquisition firm focusing on specialised areas across Finance. Digital. Data. Born in 2016 by directors of a globally listed recruitment business, they set out to create a positive and driven environment that can adapt to the ever changing needs of their Bluechip and SME clients.

Someone who can think for themselves and doesn’t want to be boxed in. Everyone at Mane is well established in their specialism and have been excelling in recruitment locally for over 5 years. If you are new to the industry, there is a lot you can learn from us. If you are experienced, we can provide you with all the tools you need to be as successful as you can be.

We are ideally looking for someone from an analytics, digital, project or broader IT industry background. From day one you will be given access to all of our clients, candidates and PSAs.

Specifics about you:

Recruitment experience from 1-99 years.
Be committed to your recruitment career but also know that work isn’t everything in your life.
Experienced in recruiting end to end within an specialist IT or Finance background.
A natural and conversational relationship developer who delivers on their word to clients and candidates.
Be driven, ambitious and wants to be part of something exceptional.
Mature enough to work in a flexible and positive culture and an outcome based environment.
Career and financially motivated. Be part of a flat structure and sign up to an uncapped and generous commission scheme.
