TICKETED CONSTRUCTION LABOURERS

As the New Year pace picks up following Australia Day, Dash group Trades & Labour have a variety of work kicking off across Sydney for General & Skilled Labourers & specific work for ticketed labourers who are chasing more experience and the higher associated pay rates


THE BUILDERS & THEIR PROJECTS
My clients whom you’ll be working with include established small to medium sized luxury residential master builders, focused mostly on the North Shore & Northern Beaches, while others have projects running Sydney-wide, varying from multi-storey waterfront dwellings to full apartment blocks.
Commercial and government projects being run by some of my larger clients include education such as a primary school in Castle Hill and PLC, aged care and mental health facilities, and office and retail complexes such as an Apple store refurb with some infrastructure projects also to start down the track
.
All possess high levels of professionalism, value safety above all else and have a progressive approach to their processes and fit in the market, meaning you can expect an on-time seamless pay process, some overtime, and a positive, flexible at-work culture


TICKETED WORK
• Working at Heights: Performing remedial works and waterproofing on roofs and balconies
• Hoist Operators: Both PH & MH ticket classes required for some less accessible large luxury home builds and renos around the Northern Beaches and North Shore, as well as commercial structures mid CBD, Inner West and Western Sydney
• EWP +/- 11M: Both above and below 11 metres for projects listed above and more
• Traffic Controllers for a variety of projects on an intermittent basis, often weekends with overtime, managing pedestrians and also vehicle traffic


SELECTION CRITERIA
• Construction White Card + Additional valid ticket(s)
• Minimum 6 months onsite experience utilising your ticket confidently and competently
• Full PPE - including High-Vis long sleeve shirt, long pants, hard toe boots & hard hat
• A sound understanding of standard OHS site requirements
• Provision of two recent employer references is desirable
