Cati Social Research Interviewer

We are seeking casual CATI (Computer Assisted Telephone Interviewing) staff to join our local team to conduct outbound social research telephone surveys throughout Australia, on a number of interesting and important government research projects.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Experience is not essential, as full training will be provided to all successful applicants.

These roles are casual due to fluctuating project workloads; however we currently have a consistent 17-29 hours per week available from now through to the end of 2023. There is also the likelihood of extending into 2024.

An attractive hourly rate of $31.77 is on offer, after successful completion of 50 hours of training (at a rate of $28.41). Additional bonuses are available for great performance.

You will need to be available for a minimum of four shifts per week, including one shift each weekend.  Rostering is weekly and offers flexibility across shift times as follows:
• 1:30pm to 7:30pm (weekdays) AEDT
• 3:30pm to 7:30pm (weekdays) AEDT
• 12.00pm to 5pm (Weekends) AEDT

Key responsibilities and competencies required:

• Undertaking outbound telephone interviews as per project briefing and supervisor instructions.
• Consistently achieving required achievement rates and targets.
• Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
• A professional, polite and warm phone manner
• Reliable – timely and consistent attendance of rostered shifts
• Ability to work collaboratively with peers, team leaders and supervisors
