We have an opportunity available for a reliable person who is passionate about the hotel industry and enjoys working in this type of environment.

Clarion Suites Gateway is located at 1 William Street Melbourne and is a collection of Choice Hotels Asia Pac.

This is an exciting hands-on role that provides oversight of audit supervision over hotel accounting procedures and reconciliation of all transactions that occurs during the day.

Reporting to the Front Office Manager, you will be responsible for supervising the building and ensuring that all hotel guests and residents are provided with the utmost customer service care.

About the role
Mostly set roster Full Time – 11 pm to 7:30 am – Weekends and PH as per business demand.
Front Office knowledge, understanding of PMS, preferably Opera, computer skills, outlook, and word.
Perform safety checks, and assist guests when required, including Mini Bar services.
Be fully conversant in building emergency protocol-based hotel guidelines and taking the lead when the occasion warrants.
Problem-solving, analyzing and providing solutions to the business across all departments is a focal point of the role.
Knowledge of building infrastructure and reporting protocol of any issues as they arise.
You will need good organizational skills and prioritize duties based on demand.
Ability to work autonomously in this role and still be part of the management team.
You are well suited and prefer a nocturnal role and thrive in this environment.
A team player and positive attitude building great working relationships with the hotel team.
The role involves interacting with guests, therefore you will have good communication and customer services skill.
