Guest Services Attendant

Assist and manage all Guest Service operations including reservations, spa treatments and activities.
Manage the guest arrival and departure experience to ensure the guest is engaged in the Lodge, community and location.
Provide hands on approach and assistance to team members to ensure highest levels of service and courtesy are provided to guests
Always showcase the highest standards of customer service, complaint handling and team member training
Supervise the level, consistency and quality of room and public areas presentation and hygiene.
Consistently monitors room standards, service quality, escalating any major issues/ guest comments to Management
Provide a two way communication and nurture an ownership environment with emphasis on motivation and teamwork with other departments
Actively seek and review guest’s feedback in regard to quality, service and overall satisfaction and take appropriate and timely action, whilst keeping management informed.
In absence of Lodge Manager, take responsibility of operational co-ordination and communication with other operating departments.
Comply with all health and safety regulations and procedures
Maintain stock control of operating equipment, mini bar inventory
Assist in other duties as may reasonably be requested by the management
Manage the steady flow of approved invoices to the company bookkeeper.
Experience and Qualification Requirements
Previous Hospitality Experience is preferred.
Remote location work is highly regarded
RSA is required
Working knowledge of various computer software programs (MS Office, Guestpoint, POS)
Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently
Ability to lift heavy objects to complete duties and guest’s requests
Ability to perform assigned duties with attention to details, speed, accuracy, follow through, courtesy, cooperativeness and work with minimum supervision
Ability to have strong guest oriented services and communication skills
