Restaurant Supervisor - Live-in Position

Marramarra Lodge, Sydney's newest premier wilderness lodge is located on the Hawkesbury River, 45 minutes north of Sydney. The Lodge consists of 8 luxury tents, 6 bungalows and offers a bespoke experience for a maximum of 28 guests.
The Lodge is only accessible by boat, helicopter or sea plane. Guests enjoy fine dining in Budyari Restaurant, immersive spa treatments in Iyora Day Spa, and explore the Hawkesbury River at their leisure.
Living on-site and working in high-end properties takes a particular mindset. We are searching for a mature thinking, dedicated person to run Food and Beverage. Subsidised accommodation, utilities and meals on shift are included in your salary.
Marramarra Lodge offers low-cost living in beautiful nature surrounds. The remuneration is commensurate with both qualifications and experience. We would prefer to meet short-listed candidates in person, so we can showcase our property, boats and staff accommodation.

Key Requirements
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
• A minimum of two years’ experience in a similar role or assistants role
• High end customer service skills
• Outstanding product knowledge
• Wine savvy
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to lead, inspire and develop our team
• Capability to ensure compliance within business operations
• Capacity to develop quality management systems
• Ability to work the floor leading your team
