Direct IT is the leading IT Demand Generation Specialist across APAC. Our offering includes: intent targeting, ABM activation, lead generation, inbound and outbound marketing, event support, and outsourced sales.
Due to a recent promotion, We are seeking a bright and team-oriented Sales Support Administrator to partner with our account management team. Together you will ensure our customers demand generation campaigns are successful.
In this role, you will manage B2B Demand generation campaigns from client briefing to campaign delivery, while working with the world’s largest technology companies. This is a fantastic role for someone who is looking to hone their digital marketing skills across a wide range of exciting campaigns.

Your day to day responsibilities
• Partner with Account Manager to receive campaign briefing from client
• Review campaign set up to ensure information is accurate and to ensure that all relevant campaign requirements have been included, recorded and are actionable in Salesforce
• Prepare creative elements of each campaign, including, banner ads, EDMs and landing pages, ensuring all details (including hyperlinks etc) are accurate.
• Proactively monitor and provide accurate and timely reports to Account Managers on marketing activity, campaign progress, and campaign delivery forecasts.
• Proactively identify and resolve campaign issues, deadline delays, communicating performance challenges to the Account Manager, and Quality Assurance Team Lead
• Finalise, review and deliver leads to clients in the required format of the campaign brief
• Partner with Account Manager, QA team lead to review campaign results and client feedback, contributing to the ongoing improvement of campaigns and processes
• Wherever necessary, provide timely campaign-related communication with client via email or phone
