Ideal candidate

A genuine passion for hospitality with an eye for detail in facility, service, and product delivery is a must. You will understand that customer service is at the forefront of everything we do. Attributes

Hotel Front office experience favourably considered
Demonstrable ability to assist in the reservation process from phone call to check-in and follow through to check-out
Good knowledge of hotels or serviced apartment industry and procedures
Flexibility to work a varied and flexible roster
Professional telephone manner and excellent communication skills
Computer literacy in Word and Excel is preferred
Patience and proven ability to meet deadlines
A keen eye for detail
Professional personal presentation
Knowledge of RMS, or similar system is a definite advantage but not essential
Be part of a structured, working team
Possess an outgoing and friendly personality with a ‘can do attitude’
