Various Harvest Positions

Fair Family Farms are a leading edge large dryland cropping operation located in central NSW at Lake Cargelligo.
We are looking for enthusiastic and experienced staff for the upcoming 2022 Grain Harvest.
Harvest is expected to commence around 20th October and should go into December (depending on the weather).
Positions available include:
• Experienced and capable Header Operators
• Chaser Bin Operators
• Truck Drivers
• Weighbridge & Bagger Operators

Key Responsibilities
• Safety is our key focus and accordingly you will need to comply with our W, H & S policy and procedures.
• Capable operation of the usual farm machinery, including headers, tractors, trucks, mother bins, augers etc.
• Daily servicing and maintenance of machinery and equipment.
• Assist with fuelling machinery, weighbridge functions and unloading of vehicles.
Position Requirements
• Header Operators must have experience.
• Organized with attention to detail.
• Ability to work long hours and have effective communication.
• Safety minded with the ability to work as part of a large team
