We are looking for new staff to join our team for upcoming activations.

Immediate role:

Promotional Customer Care Staff - Travellator upgrade within a shopping centre environment..

Dates:

Team member 1 - 17 August to 21 September

Team member 2 - 22 August to 22 September

Shifts are split into 2 as they are long days, apart from Sundays.

Times:

Mon-Wed-Fri-Sat - 7am-7pm ( split 7am-1pm/ 1pm-7pm)

Thurs - 7am-8pm ( split 7am-1pm/ 1pm-8pm)

Sun - 10am-4pm

This role will be to engage with customers, assist with directions, information regarding the upgrades, assist with shopping if needed.

We will be looking for confident people who can handle customer comments, assist with redirecting and hopefully turn a frown into a smiles on customers who are not pleased with the changes (as we know there is always a handful of these).

Once successful in joining our team, there will also be on going opportunities available across Brisbane and Gold Coast.
