At the Novotel Surfers Paradise we are not only focused on our guests, but also on our people. We’re currently seeking enthusiastic and energetic Room Attendants to join our diverse Housekeeping team.

Some of the things you’ll be doing:
• Provide a high standard of cleanliness, comfort & presentation in guest accommodation
• Promptly assist our hotel guests with any requests or enquiries
• Ensuring services areas are clean, tidy & restocked
• Report any damage or maintenance jobs for our rooms
• Reporting lost property & following correct hotel procedures

What we’re looking for:
• Previous experience in a Hotel environment an advantage
• A can-do positive attitude & service with a smile
• A keen eye for detail whilst having good time management skills
• Excellent communication skills & take pride in your appearance
• Flexible in your availability to work on a rotating 7 day roster including weekends & school holiday’s (most shifts start at 9am)
• Correct chemicals usage & manual handling techniques to ensure safe work practices in this physical role
• Flexibility to work over a Monday to Sunday roster, including week-ends and public holidays
• Must hold current Australian work rights and be able to start soon
