Located in opposite Southern Cross Station, our 172-room premium hotel is one of Accor’s newest properties in Melbourne and only the second Mövenpick property in Australia!

What we're looking for:

You will possess an unbridled passion for food and a love of sharing your 'food stories' with our customers
You can explain our menu to guests with gusto, assisting those with special dietary needs or preferences as well as provide enthusiastic assistance when recommending wine and beverages
A genuine love of hospitality and the restaurant industry
Be able to find the "Yes" in every situation
An energetic, team-focused individual with a can-do attitude
Enthusiasm to connect with guests and to hear their story
Initiative to ensure that interactions with our customers are positive and efficient
Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
Attention to detail
The ability and flexibility to work various rostered shifts, including early mornings, late evenings and on weekends
Your Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate
