We are looking for a passionate & hard working Guest Service Agent to join our Mount Lofty family; You could be a key member of our star team, working together to deliver unique experiences to all of our guests. Old fashioned hospitality is core to what we do, welcoming guests into our home.

Perched on Mount Lofty Summit, only 15 minutes from Adelaide CBD sits our historic manor specialising in luxury stays, 3 Chef Hat fine dining at Hardy's Verandah Restaurant, relaxing day spa, 30 acres of stunning gardens and is one of Australia's preferred destinations.
Now we are seeking an enthusiastic, energetic Guest Service Agent for our Front Office Department at Mount Lofty House. As long as you are hospitable, flexible and are genuine in your care for others you will do well. And have a lot of fun along the way.
Our Guest Service Agents will have direct responsibility for:
Welcoming all guests into our home with warm hospitality
Managing the guest experience, arrival through to departure
Undertaking check-ins and check-outs of guests
Reservations, quality checks, up-selling
Restaurant & day spa booking coordination
Training, supporting a small, energetic reception team
Delivering memorable experiences
Providing incredible, extraordinary, customer service
