Bar Manager / Bar Staff

Job: This is a live in position. We have a breakfast bar, full commercial kitchen if you wish to use and dinner will be supplied. Everything is in walking distance to the pub, supermarket, bakery, cafe, newsagents, post office ect. 8km out of town is the beautiful Tchum lake!

Requirements:
a Vic RSA or if needed we will help you obtain one. Whilst the main part of this job is bar work you will also need to do the following:

Duties of the role:
Bar work (serving, taking orders)
Cleaning of the bar and bistro daily.
Maintaining bathrooms/bedrooms upstairs ie: clean rooms after other guest stay, vacuum halls ect.
Unload deliveries and replenish stock.

Experience in hospitality isn't essential but would be an added bonus. It's all about personality behind the bar so if you are friendly, bubbly and love customer service this job is perfect for you!
