The Reef House and Spa Palm Cove is the most iconic Colonial Style Beach House in Queensland. We are renowned for our personalised service in a truly relaxed setting offering tranquillity, ambience & privacy.

We value one's ability to be self-motivated, be energetic and have a strong understanding of a la carte traditional service etiquette required to work in a Luxury Boutique Hotel.

Job tasks and responsibilities
Simply put:
Execute a la carte service standards without compromise
Ensure all customers have a remarkable experience for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner.
Run a section on the floor
Be able to assist in the bar to make cocktails and service drinks
Great food and wine knowledge
Skills and experience
Previous experience running a busy section in a quality restaurant
Bar Experience
Extensive wine paring and service knowledge
