Phone Based Sales - Ote 85-100k - National Company

We are looking for backpackers to hit the phones, and make some serious coin before traveling. Never mind picking fruit or packing boxes, here's your chance to work in a casual office environment, make some friends, earn some money and have some fun!

We are looking for both part time and full time candidates, we also have offices in Sydney and Brisbane. So after your initial training in Melbourne and showing us that you have what it takes, we are happy to consider relocating you to other locations so that you have the best chance to see as much as you can of the land down under!

The Role:
• We will provide you with full training on our service, if you have experience in a call center or sales environment this is a big plus.
• Generate qualified appointments for our team of Mortgage Brokers via inbound and outbound customer inquiries
• Educating clients on our cost proposition and aligning their want and desires with our service offer.
• Providing post sales support to your clients, following up to gather feedback and prompt next steps.
• For those that are interested in more than travelling around and are looking to establish themselves in Aus, there is the potential for career growth through other functions within our business.

Rem = Base + Super + uncapped monthly commission (OTE $85K - $100K)
