Casual Pick Packer/warehouse Storeperson Role

An exciting opportunity exists for a casual Pick Packer/Warehouse Storeperson to join our warehouse team in Mortdale, NSW.

This role will suit students, the stay-at-home mum or dad looking, for some casual work with a great team in a fabulous environment.
Primarily focused on our online fulfilment space, you will prepare orders placed by our online customers and ready them for dispatch or pick up. While we prefer experience in picking and packing, we have a great team willing and ready to train and mentor.
As the role is casual, times may vary each week. Ideally, we need casual employees for Monday, and Tuesday with an additional opportunity for Saturday work, depending on the work demand.
This role is a hands-on position working in a warehouse that will require you to combine your passion for delighting customers, your warehouse skills while working in a fast-paced team environment, your main duties will include:
• Pick/ pack orders for delivery according to schedule (pick, pack, wrap, scan, label, ship). This involves lifting boxes up to 23kg
• Putting high volumes of materials away
• Perform standard warehousing duties – Pick/pack, dispatch, and shelf replenishment
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations neat; complying with procedures
• Assisting customers in our pickup area
• Building and maintaining strong relationship with new and existing customers
• Understanding our customers' needs to ensure a high level of service is maintained
• Communicate and cooperate with supervisors, co-workers, and customers
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
