Customer Service Representative

Due to the recent increase in our Australia clients, We have decided to seek a motivated Customer Service representative to join our Australia team. The ideal candidate needs to be able to build trusted relationships over the phone to provide technical assistant and solutions, resolve customer issues and promote products to our new and existing Australia customers.

Responsibilities:

Answering incoming phones and emails calls from business customers.
Providing quotes, data entry, processing orders and answering customer queries.
Supporting a portfolio of retailers with regards to their orders and enquiries relating to these.
Updating customers with accurate timeframes on product delivery information.
Liaising with internal teams to action customer requests with efficiency and professionalism
Resolving customer issues by investigating the order and making recommendations for resolution.
General administration and providing support to other departments within the Customer Service Area.

Key Skills and Attributes required:

Great communications skills, both verbal and written.
Curious thinker and problem solver – thinking through options and approaches that are customer centric and result in a good result for both the customer and business
Resilience - this is a busy role, some customer queries can be challenging and technical you need to demonstrate patience, good judgment, and positive approach
Tech savvy computer skills with the ability to navigate multiple systems at once
Comfortable with numbers. You don’t need to be an accountant or numbers guru, but you do need to feel comfortable to quoting custom made product and pricing grids
Strong time management and decision-making skills
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
