We seek a true industry professional who can lead and develop the team and who has the skills and experience to take the Café to the next level whilst maintaining our reputation as one of the Coast's most sought out café destinations.
An in-depth knowledge of food, coffee, exceptional quality service and all aspects of managing and leading a team are essential to this position.
What you need:
• Experience in leading and developing a team;
• Day to day management skills;
• Barista skills and exceptional customer service;
• Ability to roster, maintain budgetary requirements and achieve financial targets;
• Ability to think on your feet and maintain a level head at all times;
• Dedication and commitment to your role;
• Availability to work early mornings and weekends
