Outbound Call Center Agent

Reporting to the Call Centre Team Leader, your duties will include but are not limited to:
• Outbound calls to new and established customer bases and booking in services.
• Provide a high level of service to customers and understanding the value and technical aspects of their systems.
• Build and retain long term relationships with customers
• Liaise with internal operations team to ensure timely and accurate service to the customer base.

About You:
Successful candidates will:
• Be experienced in a sales or customer service environment (contact centre, direct sales, or retail)
• Consistent contact attempt via phone, email, and chat to generate, follow-up, nurture and qualify leads
• Have strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Excellent phone manners and communication skills including the ability to tailor your communication style.
• Have proven ability to objection sell
• Be driven to meet KPI’s and achieve sales targets accessing commissions
• Confidence and a positive attitude
• Deliver exceptional customer service
• Capacity to learn new skills, products, and technical knowledge Strong ability to learn new technology and ramp-up quickly
• Ability to work in high-energy sales team environment as a team player
