Housekeeper

At Outback Pioneers the housekeeper helps create the Outback Pioneers experience. With a supreme eye for detail and organizational skills you lead, inspire and motivate the team to deliver absolutely spotless rooms in a timely manner each day.

Your role is to make sure the housekeeping operations runs smoothly and rooms are cleaned in time before new guests check in. You perform housekeeping duties as per our policies and procedures.

You keep the room props up to speed and report any broken or missing items. 5-star is your daily motto. As a back-line staff member, you equip and help frontline staff to create the ultimate outback experience.

Working for Outback Pioneers can be an adventure for a season or, for some people, it becomes a longer-term way of life! We’re always interested to hear from people with hospitality or tourism experience, animal-handling or admin experience, customer service or cleaning experience, who would like to help our guests unleash their pioneering spirit.

Age is no barrier for the right people and we can often find a place for a husband and wife or partner team with relevant experience. You might even be a traveler yourself who wants to get to know the outback from a local’s perspective.
