Hotel Allrounder

Mercure Gerringong is looking to add to its team and we would love for you to be a part of it!

We are a 52 room award winning hotel, just 90mins south of Sydney and 900m from the beach.

We have exciting times ahead as we look to grow our team and provide upskilling and further training.

Its not all about shaking drinks, making beds, refreshing rooms and hitting your 10,000 steps. We want you to engage with our guests and enhance their visit to sunny Gerringong.

Its a hands-on role working within a large team of industry professionals. You will be partnered up with others to grow your skills and learn the ropes before being able to supervise yourself and move at your own pace.

A multitude of roles are on offer with flexible shifts every day of the week.

Bar & Restaurant
7am - 11am Daily
4pm - 11pm Tues - Sat

Housekeeping
9.30am - 2.30pm
7 days (weekend availability is preferred)

Front Office & Hotel Reception
7am - 3pm & 12pm - 8pm
7 days (weekend availability is preferred)

All public holidays, long weekends and school holidays
Hotel Industry General Award including all penalty rates and allowances
We are looking to add team members who are looking for 2 - 4 shifts per week (approx. 15 - 25hrs) to ensure a good balance between duties, availabilities and personal time.

To be successful in this role you will need:

A positive attitude and a willingness to improve a guests experience
Moderate level of fitness - on your feet and active all day
The ability to work autonomously and hold the standard of your own work
No experience necessary however would be preferred
