Housekeeping/ Room/ Public Areas Attendants & Houseperson

We are recruiting various roles within our Housekeeping Department. The key duties of these positions include, but are not limited to the following:

- Clean guest rooms, storage areas and corridors as allocated to the required standard.
- Clean all public areas and back of house areas.
- Carry out programmed / regular cleaning duties as allocated.
- Assist the housekeeping team through the delivery of all hotel linen, chemicals, laundry and deliveries.
- Carry out allocated cleaning duties, achieving established standards of cleanliness and presentation to meet guests needs and exceed their expectations in regard to the cleanliness of the room areas of the hotel.

As a successful candidate you will have:

- The ability and flexibility to work across a 7 day roster.
- A friendly, customer focused attitude with the drive to provide total customer satisfaction.
- Initiative to ensure that interactions with our customers are positive and
efficient.
- Previous cleaning, customer service or hospitality experience.
- A high standard of grooming and presentation.
