PIPO Recruitment and Labour Hire are currently seeking applications for varied roles within our Meat processing facility located in Smithton, for immediate start.
This is a long term position and longer periods of employment are welcomed.
For a Slicer Position you will need to be able to work under pressure in a fast paced environment.
For a Loadout position you will need to be very physically fit. you will be lifting 20kg – 30kg packing and unpacking shipping containers.
For a packing position you will need to be physically fit. This position is very repetitive and involves packing cuts of meat into boxes.
Candidates must be punctual and reliable, as this production line work environment counts on every member of the team being on site to effectively operate. While no previous experience is required, a willingness to work in this type of environment is essential.
Training will be provided
The medical process for these position may take up to 10 days to complete. You must be Fully Vaccinated and also willing to get the Q Fever vaccination.
There will be daily Transport from burnie to Smithton and back.
