General Labourer & Trade Assistant Netting Structure Installer

Elite Netting Is a highly regarded construction company that design, supply and install quality permanent netting systems in orchards protecting fruit crops. .

We are currently searching for applicants who are living in the Manjimup, WA region or willing to work in the area on a DIDO roster (drive in drive out).

There are 2 roles available:

General Labourer role:

Performing basic tasks such as clipping and threading net.
No experience needed
Starting at $32/hour casual
60 hours a week is expected 3 weeks on 1 week off.
Accommodation can be provided at $150/week
Trade Assistant Role:

Performing trade specific tasks like tensioning cables and setting nets.
Learning the trade with a view of progressing to tradesperson for a long term career.
Starting at $37/hour casual
Knowledge of Fencing, Rigging, or Netting and a history of Team Sports is well regarded.
A genuine desire to learn something different with a view for a long term career is essential.
Hands on training, training resources and support is provided to give everyone the opportunity to excel.

Applicants will be expected to:

• Work as part of a team doing their part towards the end goal

• Wiling to do hands on work using specialised tooling

• Enjoy working outside, building large structures from start to finish

• Currently have a valid drivers licence and access to reliable vehicle to get you to various job sites

• Be physically fit and healthy

• Be comfortable working at heights in a EWP boom lift up to 6m (licence not required but well regarded)

• Have basic trade and building skills

• Follow instructions/directions from Site Supervisors
