About the Role
Prince of Wales hotel is currently looking for a qualified cook to join the team.

Independently prepare the breakfast and lunch menu items for the pub as well as work closely with the head chef to prepare all food in the restaurant including sauces, meats, and seafood.

Skills & Experiences
Have a Certificate 3 in commercial cookery or equivalent.
minimum 2 years experience in commercial kitchens, especially pub meals
Have a strong passion for food
Ability to work in a high pressure, fast-paced environment with an efficient workflow
Be a team player and can willingly assist others without being asked
Must have a strong understanding of food safety/hygiene procedures
Enthusiasm to learn and grow beyond your skills.
