We are looking for the right candidate to fill an amazing role.

Based from our North Sydney office (5 mins from the station), you will be joining a growing team of like minded people who work hard Monday to Friday and celebrate every success.

Teho is hyper focused on helping people save time and money as they make the switch to renewable energy. The renewable energy industry is exploding in Australia and is on an aggressive growth trajectory.

If you don’t know anything about sales, great! If you have some knowledge, that’s also great! We genuinely hire people based on attitude and application, not work history.

About Teho:

Teho was started by two brothers David and Jonathan Green who saw an opportunity for a fresh approach to the solar and battery industry. Fast forward to today, we have moved into a harbour view office in North Sydney, built a world class cloud based customer platform and are digital leaders in the space.

About the position:

The position will be ideal for someone who gets out of bed with a bang. Doesn’t let anything get in their way and isn’t scared of a rainy day. The role is heavily customer and sales focused.

Assess customers current energy usage
Understand their wants and needs
Design, quote and provide renewable energy solutions
On-going support and follow up for all customers
Maintain customer relationship from beginning to end
Close opportunities
We will also be enrolling eligible applicants in a CERT III in Business.

Responsibilities:

Provide a high level of service to our customers
Learn and grow within the role to chase your best everyday
Make outbound sales calls to WARM LEADS - no cold calling required
Respond to customer queries and questions with lightspeed
Ensure a strong professional open and honest relationship exists with Teho and our customers
Clearly and quickly identify any problems and assist to find solutions
Operate within (or exceed ?) our sales SLA’s and KPI’s
Provide ad hoc support to the business as required
Play ping-pong ?????
