>> About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Field Sales Representative to join our team, based both in the field and from our Brookvale, NSW office.

In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and acquiring new customers to achieve sales growth targets, whilst representing the company in a professional manner. You will have the opportunity to make a big impact on the success of our brands and relationships with our clients across the state.

>> Your key accountabilities will include:

Develop new business opportunities by following up leads and proactively developing new business within your assigned territory

Build and maintain relationships with customers to help maximize sales and stay informed of customer direction

Work with customers to ensure orders are fulfilled

Maintain stock levels with customers

Manage the claim process to ensure customer care can process in a timely manner

Be responsible for overall account and sales performance

Identify opportunities and anticipate competitive offers in the market

Sell a range of products that have been selected by the buying team for seasonal purposes

Maintain up to date knowledge of customer price points and product categories, their markets, and their competition

Assist in the product planning process

Represent IsAlbi at major trade fairs as required

This position includes a commission structure and access to either company car/car allowance.

You pride yourself on your passion for product, flair for sales and demonstrated ability to build strong internal and external relationships.
You have excellent communication and influencing skills and approach your work in a results-oriented manner, whilst bringing an attitude of fun and vibrancy to your work.

In addition, you will bring:

Experience in a field sales or account management role
Demonstrated business development skills
Strong problem-solving skills
High level organisational and time management skills, including attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and as part of a team and contribute to team harmony and performance
Ability to handle conflicting and/or sensitive situations within a deadline-driven environment
Intermediate MS Office skills – Excel, Outlook
Tertiary Degree preferred but not essential
