We’re Mad Mex. A proudly Australian company founded in 2006. We believe in ‘real food’ not ‘fast food’. Simple, fresh and authentic ingredients coming together for a Mexican fiesta in your mouth. It’s been the foundation of our success. We’re also big believers in freedom of choice - beyond our meat-free and vegan options, we encourage customisation, because not everyone likes everything.

We need you to become a Mexican master. You’ll be smashing avos for our fresh guac, marinating and grilling our mouth-watering meats, and rolling burritos like a pro. You’ll be dishing up smiles on our amigos’ faces with your new-found culinary skills.
