We are passionate about all things Melbourne and in particular our beloved Yarra River. We excel at providing locals and tourists to Melbourne with a safe, fun and memorable experience on the Yarra River.

We are seeking a talented, dedicated; customer service focused individual who loves working outdoors and doing hands-on work. 

You will need to be available on weekends and ready to work on afternoons throughout the week. 

This is a casual position and hours vary from day to day, and mainly on weekends/weeknights.

The ideal candidate will:

Be willing to learn
Have excellent customer service skills
Be well presented
Understand the importance of punctuality
Be a self-starter
Possibly have previous boating experience and rec boat license or even better a current coxswains certificate
Be available for Saturday and Sunday work
Position duties include:

Cleaning of boats
Preparing boats for hire
Completing hirer safety briefings and hire agreements
Completing pre-hire and post-hire checks
Assisting with maintenance
Driving boats
Guest liaison
Skills and Qualifications:

Previous boating experience preferred, and if you have a current Victorian Boat licence or Coxswains qualification, then that would be looked upon favourably, but not necessary as on the job training will be provided.

The position is based in Docklands and available for an immediate start for the right candidate.
