Help On A Hobby Farm Near Brisbane City

Start now, February 2025. Home stay with a family of 3. We have pets including a dog, horses, and a cat. We have large gardens with fruit and nut trees. Helper would assist with house cleaning, animals, gardens, cooking, and projects.

We live on 5 acres in Samford Valley, 24 kms (30 mins) north-west of Brisbane City and are offering 3xmeals, accommodation, laundry and wifi in exchange of 4hrs help per day. You can work more hours on some days to have other days off. You can enjoy a double bed room with a fan, desk, tv, mini fridge and cupboards or there is plenty of room for your campervan if you prefer. We are not able to offer 2nd year Visa work.

Ideally suited to responsible, trustworthy, energetic person travelling (with at least an intermediate level of English) who want to experience small acreage living in the beautiful Samford Valley.

Strictly no smoking/vaping.

We have a dam and scenic views. We are 10 mins drive from the train station to connect you with Brisbane's transport system. There are nearby national parks and natural swimming holes at the beautiful Cedar Creek. We also have mountain bikes and horses that you can ride if you have the appropriate experience.

There are unlimited opportunities for earning cash doing odd job in the local neighbourhood or local cafes.
