Mobile Site Supervisor

Due to our rapid growth and expansion in the Brisbane market, we are hiring a Mobile Site Supervisor to work at our large multinational client site in Cannon Hill QLD.

ABOUT THE JOB:

Working as a Mobile Site Supervisor your duties and responsibilities will include:
Supervise and manage daily operations of the container unpacking crew and warehouse staff across multiple sites.
Oversee the unloading and loading of containers, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company standards.
Coordinate scheduling and allocate resources to meet daily targets, adjusting as necessary.
Ensure that safety procedures are followed and that the team maintains a high standard of cleanliness and organization.
Provide on-the-job training and performance feedback to warehouse staff.
Communicate effectively with management
Monitor and report any safety hazards promptly

ABOUT YOU:

Spanish Speaking preferred
To be successful in this role you must have a strong work ethic and a can-do attitude. You must also have:
Proven experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or preferably container unpacking, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
Strong understanding of warehouse safety regulations and best practices.
Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks
Ability to lead by example, with a hands-on approach to managing staff and operations.
Forklift License is a plus
