Your Role:
Gardener – Grounds and Gardens

Strictly follow a daily schedule, update job specific reporting technology , and report back daily.
Apply your horticultural / transferable skills to a wide variety of maintenance care such as plant care, turf, weed control and mulching, and garden maintenance.
Perform topiary, hedging, and pruning to maintain the aesthetic quality of gardens.
Execute pest and disease control measures to protect plants.
Handle basic irrigation maintenance to ensure the health of landscapes.
Take great care of tools and show pride in your work.
Maintain the quality and safety of on-site work.
Arrive on-site on time and complete tasks within the assigned schedule
Communicate clearly with management and team to ensure tasks are aligned with the overall project plan

What We’re Looking For:
At least 1 year of hands-on horticulture or gardener experience is preferred but not essential
Fit and energetic.
Quick minded with organisational skills.
Demonstrates knowledge of plant and gardening practices.
Driver’s License - essential
Willingness to obtain Police Clearance, Working with Children and NDIS clearances - essential
